Weight Loss Tips

Hey everyone !

today i ll be blogging about a reallie interesting topic.. ! oh yes you read the title right :) 
but hey hey hey, DISCLAIMER ! am not a professional trainer or something.. i ll just be sharing what i recently observed at my home.. and i hope that helps, whether some of you are already trying to loose some weight or thinkin to :) 
oh btw ! i forgot to mention what i observed ;) loss of 3kgs in just a week !! voila ! now i guess this blog would be more interesting :p
Alright ! so lets get started with the breakfast routine..
there are some stuff which are very good while you are trying to eat healthy.. and if you are on a diet then it becomes quite boring if the routine is all monotonous ! so i wanna tell some breakfast goodies which you can eat and not letting ure body to be over weight !
~ The first thing is... EGGS !! oh yeaaah they are the best thing to eat for breakfast.. and you know the coolest part ? you can eat it in whatevr form you like.. may it be boiled, scrambled, omelete or even fried ! 
~ Another thing that you can add is cerealll !!! i ll tell you which cereals i had in my home but you can choose of your own choice :) 



These were the two cereals which was at my home ! feel free to bring whatever suits ure taste buds !
~ Well if you like oats, then be happie ! cuz you can eat oatssss or can make an oat shake ! healthy + yummy ! what else do you need :D

but guys, we all know that breads are to be avoided ! so stay away from it ...

Now coming to lunch !!! Ah well, lunch should be light .. stop ureself even if you don't feel full ! the things you can eat for lunch are :
~ A bowl of salad :) super healthy ! oh and you can have some pieces of chicken added too
~ Yogurt ! 
~ A can of tuna .. its filling and healthy ! 
Rest i know there are lots of other things too which you can eat but this is all what i witnessed ! so i ll be only sticking to the routine which my family member followed :)

Dinnnnneerrr timeeee !! :D
Alright, to be very honest you don't have much choice with the dinner ! mainly because you can't eat rice or flat breads ! 
so any sort of meat or chicken works well ! 
i used to make grilled chicken at home ! you can get it from outside or just marinate in any way you like ! 
This is what i did at home :)


and then one more thing you can do to make it slightly different by making shashlik sticks ! in plain language they are just the skewered chicken or meat along with some veggies.. they are yumm and do the purpose :) 

So guys, this was the meal routine ! 
now adding to it, drink at leaasttt one cup of green tea without sugar and with a drop or two of lemon in it ! as we all know that lemon cuts fat ! 

And !! if you want to see the results fast, do brisk walking daily, umm say around half an hour or so ! 
THEN see the difference for ureself ! 
hope this blog will help you in one way or other ! Again i will add that this is not some pro diet plan or something.. this routine was followed by my family member and it resulted in loss of 3kgs in a week ! :)
