Hollywood nails review !

 Alright! so today I come up with a review of a product called 'hollywood nails'. Those of you who are into nail art thingee will know what it is, but for those of you who don't know, well its a nail design stamper which creates cool designs on ure nails in seconds ! :)

I luved this product !
My husband got it for me and guys, the moment i saw it i was so so so delighted!! because I adore such things but then some of my friends said that it doesn't work.. I was still very positive and said I ll try it and hopefully it works..
 Well, here's the good news.. IT WORKS ! :) and not just works, it works smoothly and perfectly!

So, first lemme show you guys what my practice design turned out to be :D

Isn't this looks cool ! and as i said, this was just a practice design.. i was just checking if it works or not.. that's the reason why the colors aren't coordinating , LOL !

Anyway, let's get started with the packaging !

This is how the packaging is.. It comes with a manual machine type thingee used for stamping and 7 plates of designs and some nail gems.. Ah okie, not some, actually 2,400 ;) ! so this machine contains a stamper, a scraper (to scrape the excess polish from the stamping plate) and comprises of a dedicated panel for the stamping plates and also a space to put ure finger nail.

As you can see in the picture, the bigger white thingee at the edge of the stamping machine on the pink area is the stamper itself.. it can easily come out when you need to clean or you want to do to ure toe nails :)
Ahead of that, there's another white rectangle type of thing , its the scraper.. And then there are stamping plates which contains lots of designs and it comes with a dotting tool too !

That pink area can be moved back and forth to pick up the design from the stamping plate and then transferring onto ure nails..

The usage is easy once you are familiar with the parts.. oh the other end of the machine there's a dedicated space for the finger nail.. and a lever is present there to secure and lock the position of ure nail as we all have nails of different shapes and sizes.. The lever is quite easy to use.. just put ure nail in the space, bring down the pink area of ure stamping kit down towards ure nail to check the position of ure nail with the stamper.. this step is important, otherwise you might get the design wrongly onto ure nail ..

Then.. simply take any plate of ure choice.. put it in place and keep the selected design facing towards the pink thing of the kit.. the plates generally comes with a blue protective film on them, so before use, don't forget to remove them :)

Next, take a polish of ure choice and put it over the design.. now here are some tips to be successful :

- Don't use too much polish on the plate.. it is of no use as it eventually gets scraped plus it creates more mess.
- Use pigmented polishes but not too thick.. Thick polishes aren't very suitable
- Do not use fast drying polishes.. as you need to be quick when doing this step and if the polish is fast drying it may dry quickly even before the design is transferred on to the stamper !
- Use a color which shows on ure base nail color

Once you apply the polish on the plate.. quickly move the pink thing over to ure plate.. press down the stamper ( make sure the stamper is fixed properly).. when you move the pink area, it automatically scrapes the excess polish.. and when you press down the stamper, it picks up the design from the plate.. The stamper can easily be pressed as it has springs attached to it..
Once you complete this step, move back the pink area towards ure nail and press the stamper onto ure nail ! Voila :D you are done !

Now for the next nail, i didn't clean the plate and scraper because i used the same design .. but lot of people recommend cleaning after each nail to avoid any mess etc.. but for me, it worked without cleaning after each nail so am happie with that haha ! less hardwork ;) but do whatever suits you :)

Once you are done, take a Q tip dipped into nail polish remover and clean the scraper, stamper and the stamping plate.. and thats it!! Cool new designs can be made now with no hassle ! :D

It comes with a printed manual too !

My kit was ordered online here in dubai.. i believe its available everywhere and its not very expensive too ! so go grab ure kits if you haven't thinking if it works or not.. because it does !! :D
